A private wagon ride to the pumpkin patch with your group!
Service Description
| 20 people or $300 minimum | Gather your team, friends, or family for a private trip to the pumpkin patch! Your group will enjoy a private wagon ride to the pumpkin patch, and each guest will pick a pumpkin to take home. A deposit equal to the minimum group size is required at the time of booking to reserve your experience. The Patch: 20-person minimum = $300 deposit Your deposit is applied toward your final balance. If your group is larger than the minimum, the remaining balance will be based on your final guest count and is due the day of your scheduled experience. *If your group is less than the minimum required, you can pay the minimum fee to book and will not receive an additional invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Private Fall Experience Booking & Cancellation Policy Weather & Rescheduling Fall weather can be unpredictable! In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, Weesies Brothers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your experience. If Weesies Brothers needs to reschedule your reservation due to weather, we will work with you to find a new date and time at no additional cost. If a weather-related cancellation cannot be rescheduled, Weesies Brothers will work with the booking contact to determine an appropriate resolution. Customer Cancellations We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled experience may be made without a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled experience will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the scheduled experience will be subject to 50% of the reservation amount. Guest Count & Final Headcount Please provide an estimated number of guests when making your reservation. Your final guest count must be finalized the day of your scheduled experience and will be used to determine your final balance. The Patch requires a minimum of $300 (20 guests) If fewer than the required minimum number of guests attend, the minimum-person charge still applies. Additional guests may be accommodated when possible and will be charged at the applicable per-person rate. Payment Your reservation is not considered paid in full at the time of booking. You will be charged the minimum fee for booking. On the day of your experience, once we have your final headcount, we will invoice you the remaining balance based on your headcount. Final payment is due on the day of your scheduled experience. Arrival & Experience Times Please arrive on time for your scheduled experience. Your reservation begins and ends at the time selected when booking, and late arrivals will not extend the experience. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, participants are expected to follow instructions from Weesies Brothers staff and observe all posted safety guidelines.
