Fall Group Booking
If you have less than the 20 person minimum for The Patch you can still book! The deposit you pay to book will cover your experience.
If you have 50 or more people, please fill out the form so we can make proper accommodations for you!
A deposit equal to the minimum group size is required at the time of booking to reserve your experience. The Patch: 20-person minimum = $300 depositYour deposit is applied toward your final balance. If your group is larger than the minimum, the remaining balance will be based on your final guest count and is due the day of your scheduled experience. For example, you book The Patch and pay $300 at the time of booking. On the day of your event you have 25 people. You will receive an invoice of $75. 5 additional tickets at $15 each. The invoice will go to the email address that you used to book, and can be be paid online. *If your group is less than the minimum required, you can pay the minimum fee to book and will not receive an additional invoice.
Yes! At the time of booking, you pay a deposit. The day of your experience, let us know your final count (50 people or less) and we will invoice you the remaining balance of the additional headcount.
Our private Fall Family Fun experiences are perfect for organizations or groups of family and friends that want a cozier fall experience.
Private group experiences are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays in October based on availability.
The Patch is a one-hour experience. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early. If you have a larger group, please fill out the inquiry form above and we'll see what we can do!
We need a week lead time to ensure we can make this a perfect experience for you. Thank you for understanding.
THE PATCH: Park in the garden center parking lot. Meet in the out in the Playground to the east of the Garden Center. Your tractor driver will direct you to the wagon when they are ready.
Yes! Kids ages 2 and under are free.Your final invoice and ticket count will be for people ages 3 and up.
